• All orders submitted are subjected to Shiok Lighting's acceptance. In any case of unavailable items, Shiok Lighting reserve the right to cancel the order.

• Customer is responsible to check against the invoice at the point of sale to ensure that there are no discrepancies in the order. Shiok Lighting's obligation is limited to fulfilling the items stated in the invoice, subjected to availability of such item.

• When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Shiok Lighting retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

• All prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• Colours between physical products and pictures might differ depending on individual medium used to display them. Shiok Lighting shall not be held responsible for colour accuracy perceived.

• Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover any information or pricing error for our products, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer an option of reconfirming your order or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

• Functionality defects are covered under 12-months limited off-site warranty upon delivery/collection (excluding wear-and-tear and complimentary bulbs). Items must be returned within 12 months of collection/delivery should there be a functionality defect. 

• In the unlikely event that the purchased product is not working within the warranty period, please email us at hello@shioklighting.com as soon as possible with your invoice number. One-for-one exchange is only available if item is beyond repair. Full refund shall only be applicable in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable. 

• Warranty Policy does not apply to items indicated “Final Sale”, “Display Item”, “Customized Order”, as well as damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly, and damages incurred after delivery/collection is made.​

• Shiok Lighting reserve the final right on any claims of physical defects for products.

• All sales are final. Exchanges shall only be applicable for manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defects must be reported within 72 hours upon delivery/collection or before installation, whichever is sooner. Items must be returned to Shiok Lighting’s gallery physically in unused condition with original packaging within 7 business days of collection/delivery.

• Please email pictures of the damaged merchandise to hello@shioklighting.com with clear description of the defects to initiate the process of exchange.

• One-to-one exchange will be provided for defective items, subjected to replacement availability.

• Full refund in the product cost shall only be applicable in the event one-to-one exchange is unavailable.

• Exchange Policy does not apply to items indicated “Final Sale”, “Display Item”, “Customized Order”, as well as damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly, and damages incurred after delivery/collection is made.​

• Shiok Lighting reserve the final right on any refunds or exchange request. 

• Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' stated in confirmation invoice.

• When receiving delivery of the order, the customer or appointed party shall inspect the item(s). Should there be any discrepancy or defects, please write in to hello@shioklighting.com with a short description and photos attached within 72 hours. The team will revert to you in 3 working days. Please note that once an order is delivered/collected, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order after 72 hours.

• Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from shipment and postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
