Protecting your lamps may seems like a trivial matter. But maintaining it's cleanliness and preventing misuse of the light prolong it's lifespan. 

• Always switch off your lights before you start cleaning

• Use a feather duster to regularly dust lamps.

• Wipe glass, ceramic, marble, or plastic lamps with a damp soft cloth.

• Dry thoroughly before turning on power.

• Do not use any harsh abrasives, polishes or chemicals.

• To help preserve outdoor fixtures, a high quality car wax may be applied to the metal twice a year.

All sales are final and refund/exchange shall only be applicable if there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be in unused condition and original packaging and must be returned within 
3 days of collection/delivery. Full refund in the product cost will only be applicable in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable.

Items are covered under 12 months limited warranty (excluding wear-and-tear). Free bulbs are not valid for warranty.

In the rare event of lamps not working within the warranty period, kindly inform us asap.  One to one exchange is only available if item is beyond repair. Do take note there will be a transportation fee of $30/trip

Seller's obligation to supply item(s) ordered is subject to availability of such item(s); refund will be given only to non-available items(s).

Please retain your receipt for warranty purpose.

Shiok Lighting reserve the final right to decide on any refunds or exchange request.
