3 days of collection/delivery. Full refund in the product cost will only be applicable in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable.Items are covered under 12 months limited warranty (excluding wear-and-tear). Free bulbs are not valid for warranty.
In the rare event of lamps not working within the warranty period, kindly inform us asap. One to one exchange is only available if item is beyond repair. Do take note there will be a transportation fee of $30/trip
