All sales are final and refund/exchange shall only be applicable if there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be in unused condition and original packaging and must be returned within 
3 days of collection/delivery. Full refund in the product cost will only be applicable in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable.

Items are covered under 12 months limited warranty (excluding wear-and-tear). Free bulbs are not valid for warranty.

In the rare event of lamps not working within the warranty period, kindly inform us asap.  One to one exchange is only available if item is beyond repair. Do take note there will be a transportation fee of $30/trip

Seller's obligation to supply item(s) ordered is subject to availability of such item(s); refund will be given only to non-available items(s).

Please retain your receipt for warranty purpose.

Shiok Lighting reserve the final right to decide on any refunds or exchange request.

Our artworks are made from non-woven fabric. This material is water-resistant. 

It is a compatible material for Singapore's humid climate and the non-woven fabric helps to prolong the vivid colors of the prints. Maintanence is easy too, simply wipe with damped cloth every now and then to remove dust.
